The Program Coordinator role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, supporting the Homewood Early Learning Hub & Family Center at 7219 Kelly Street. The salary range is $40,000–$42,000 per year. Trying Together’s mission is to support high-quality care and education for young children. The coordinator supports Hub activities and operations, helps plan and run events and small-group programs, and builds relationships with families, educators, and community partners. The role contributes to the Center’s outreach and welcoming services for children and families.

What you'll do

• Support planning and operations for events
• lead small-group programs when needed
• conduct outreach and recruitment
• help facilitate events and adult family group sessions
• coordinate meetings, catering, setup, and teardown
• coordinate office maintenance scheduling
• maintain files and management information system paperwork
• maintain the Center’s appearance
• use NeonCRM to record constituent and project data
• collaborate with community partners and internal departments.
