It coordinates technical, creative, and content contributors while tracking delivery, quality, accessibility, security, and client communication.

What you'll do

• Direct federal IT web-development projects from kickoff through deployment
• facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• manage an enterprise Drupal CMS website from setup and architecture through launch and maintenance
• coordinate design, UX/UI, content, and technical partners
• manage schedules, priorities, blockers, velocity, and project health
• identify risks and maintain mitigation plans and a risk register
• ensure deliverables meet QASP, federal security, and privacy requirements
• serve as client-facing contact for government stakeholders
• conduct status meetings and prepare progress reports
• coach team members and support team morale.
