What you'll do

• Lead customer discovery, solution strategy, architecture assessments, roadmap development, implementation planning, and optimization
• define and validate secure HCM application, data, integration, security, and access architectures
• advise on SuccessFactors capabilities
• support proposals and RFP responses
• partner with delivery, security, engineering, operations, product, and sales teams
• contribute reusable architecture patterns and mentor colleagues.
