What you'll do

• Plan, develop, and implement resident lifestyle programming and outside trips
• survey and interview residents about interests and program satisfaction
• account for residents’ individuality, diversity, and spirituality
• encourage participation
• observe and report significant changes or concerns
• use community resources and independent contractors
• assist with the department budget and Resident Program Assistants as needed.
