Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite at Promontory Point in Austin, TX, with expected compensation of $20–$21 per hour, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible. Mission Rock Residential is a people-first property management company focused on serving residents and communities. The role supports the property’s occupancy and resident experience by presenting the community to prospective renters, assisting with leasing and marketing, and responding to resident communications. It helps prospective residents make informed leasing decisions while coordinating service requests with the Service Team.

What you'll do

• Participate in leasing and marketing to support occupancy
• tour the community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects
• maintain current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates
• process resident communications and enter service requests in Yardi
• communicate requests to the Service Team
• greet clients, prospects, and residents in accordance with Fair Housing regulations.
