What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies, procedures, standards, training, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in developing team performance
• perform and learn all restaurant stations
• oversee cash management and nightly reports
• train, coach, and develop employees
• ensure guest experience, food safety, and facility standards
• supervise shifts and complete opening, closing, line-check, and cleaning processes.
