Membership Sales Representative – New Fitness Facility

What you'll do

• Respond to membership leads
• follow up by phone, text, and email
• schedule and conduct tours and consultations
• recommend memberships based on prospects’ goals
• present approved pricing and offers
• complete enrollments
• follow up with no-shows and undecided prospects
• maintain lead, appointment, and outcome records in Go High Level
• complete membership paperwork and onboarding handoffs
• welcome walk-ins
• and support referrals, outreach, and sales events.
