What you'll do

• Complete product-line training and maintain knowledge of makes and models
• consult with customers about purchases
• set productivity goals and develop strategies to meet them
• prepare quotes and respond to email and voicemail
• run credit applications and process transaction paperwork
• support online customers through the eSales office
• follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
