Housekeeping Quality Inspector

What you'll do

• Perform routine inspections at assigned healthcare facilities
• conduct customer rounding with nurses, department leaders, and facility management
• coach housekeeping employees
• complete inspection reports and follow-up plans
• identify trends and recommend process improvements
• follow up on deficiencies
• communicate quality concerns
• assist with onboarding and training when needed
• travel between assigned facilities.
