Cultivation Technician

Job overview

The Cultivation Technician role is onsite in Somerset, MA; compensation is not specified. The position reports to Cultivation Coordinators, with additional oversight from Cultivation Management. The technician performs plant care and cultivation tasks while following established procedures, schedules, and compliance requirements. The work supports healthy plant growth and the cultivation team’s daily operations.

What you'll do

• Perform daily plant care, pruning, and general maintenance
• assist with trellising, plant training, and canopy management
• monitor plants for pests, disease, and nutrient deficiencies
• follow cultivation procedures and schedules
• maintain clean grow rooms, work areas, and equipment
• assist with transplanting and harvesting as needed
• complete plant-care logs
• follow safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures
• communicate plant health and task updates to the team.
