What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and quality of life
• treat orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions
• provide day-to-day clinic leadership and operational oversight
• mentor therapists and staff
• build relationships with physicians, referral sources, patients, and community partners
• maintain documentation
• use Scribe AI and Raintree EMR
• support clinic growth while maintaining patient-care standards.
