This role exists to provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring displays are built, shelves are reset, and inventory is managed to maximize sales opportunities and improve the overall shopping experience.

What you'll do

• Build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently and possess successful team building skills.
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality.
