What you'll do

• Transport PACE participants to and from the center, medical appointments, and activity outings
• deliver meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy items, and supplies
• assist participants entering and exiting vehicles
• inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• report malfunctions and safety concerns
• follow licensing and safety requirements
• maintain mileage, fuel, and safety records
• communicate with the interdisciplinary team about participant conditions or care-plan changes
• and follow OSHA, universal precautions, confidentiality, and PACE policies.
