What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out site security procedures
• respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of business areas, entrances, exits, parking, and perimeter locations
• monitor access and visitor activity
• verify credentials as directed
• document patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate relevant information.
