The Medical Assistant role is onsite in Arlington, MA. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. The assistant provides general medical care under a licensed provider’s direction in an outpatient clinic. The role supports patient visits by collecting histories and vitals, preparing exam rooms, assisting with tests and treatments, and maintaining accurate documentation.

What you'll do

• Interview, hire, and train Medical Assistant staff
• obtain patient vitals and medical histories
• prepare patients for exams
• explain procedures and treatments
• perform ordered tests
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• draw blood
• perform laboratory tests and quality controls
• document immunizations
• prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments
• maintain records.
