The Shift Leader works onsite in Murfreesboro, TN, full time. Compensation is $14–$15 per hour. The role provides shift leadership in a Dairy Queen restaurant in coordination with general and assistant managers.

What you'll do

• Guide hourly staff in assigned restaurant areas
• organize staffing, job assignments, breaks, and task delegation
• train and evaluate crew members
• support point-of-sale promotions
• maintain guest service, quality, value, and cleanliness standards
• address minor complaints
• complete cash accountability reports
• and communicate significant issues to management.
