What you'll do

• Lead assigned kitchen stations
• prepare and cook food according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
• monitor food quality, taste, and temperature
• mentor and guide Cook I and Cook II staff
• maintain food storage, labeling, rotation, inventory, and workstation sanitation
• assist with events and banquets as assigned.
