The Sales Engineer works closely with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and deliver product demonstrations.

What you'll do

• Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise in product demonstrations, customer presentations, and technical proposals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create customized proposals, quotes, and contract documents.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Help tailor products to meet customer-specific needs.
• Train customers on the use of products.
• Provide feedback from customers to engineering and product development teams.
• Assist with post-sales support.
• Embodies the CoolSys CARES culture.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience

Experience

3+ years of HVAC sales engineering, estimating, or commercial project experience
