Operations Associate – Starbucks Barista

The Operations Associate – Starbucks Barista role is onsite in Washington, DC. Pay is $18.65–$19.15 per hour in total earning potential, including a premium after required Starbucks barista training and qualifying shifts. The role supports Gopuff’s convenience delivery operations and Starbucks beverage and food preparation. The associate prepares food and drinks to standards while helping ensure customer orders are accurate and ready for delivery. The role also supports inventory, order fulfillment, facility organization, food safety, and sanitation so daily operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Prepare Starbucks beverages and food items to recipes and presentation standards
• check packaged items for accuracy and quality
• receive and replenish deliveries and resolve inventory discrepancies
• pick, pack, and stage orders
• maintain cleanliness and organization
• follow FIFO and food safety practices
• record temperatures and cleaning tasks
• safely handle and move products
• complete required Starbucks training and follow safety and compliance standards.
