Compensation is $0 per year. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Afterschool Program, Part-Time role is onsite in Villa Park, IL, for 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ABA Revolution’s program focuses on delivering ABA therapy and supporting clients.

What you'll do

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and client assessments
• develop individualized treatment plans
• implement behavior interventions and track progress through data collection
• collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
• train and support staff
• maintain client records
• adjust plans based on assessments
• advocate for client needs.
