Job overview

The Therapist, Vantage Point North Program is an onsite, full-time role in American Fork, UT, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule and varied hours. Pay is $30.26–$44.47 per hour. The position provides therapeutic support to youth ages 10–17 at a short-term voluntary crisis facility. The therapist helps youth and families address crisis, resolve conflict, build coping strategies, and plan next steps. The work supports a safe, structured treatment environment and aims to prevent unnecessary emergency room visits, law enforcement involvement, and escalation into other systems of care.

What you'll do

  • Provide direct and indirect clinical services
  • complete intake assessments and treatment plans
  • facilitate individual, family, and group therapy
  • coordinate with supervisors, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners
  • provide consultation and training to external organizations
  • monitor client progress, behaviors, and medication responses
  • maintain clinical documentation and case records
  • support a safe therapeutic environment.
