What you'll do

• Enforce company and OSHA safety requirements
• develop job safety analyses and conduct safety meetings and training as needed
• implement the construction plan and project budget
• supervise local craft labor
• schedule equipment and material deliveries
• ensure quality-control checks and inspections
• supervise and mentor field engineers
• prepare and review site documentation
• coordinate with clients
• ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• document additional work
• prepare short-term schedules and goals.
