Machine Operator — Second Shift

The Machine Operator — Second Shift role is onsite in Castlewood, VA. Pay is $20 per hour. The operator works in GardenCore’s manufacturing environment, producing lawn and garden products. The operator runs and monitors production machinery, performs routine maintenance, and completes production records to help meet daily quality, cost, and operational requirements. The role contributes to consistent product output and safe, efficient production.

What you'll do

• Operate manual and/or automated machinery
• observe equipment and components for malfunctions
• operate equipment to meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements
• report production, safety, quality, or environmental concerns
• follow bagging specifications
• clean the production area
• complete production forms
• perform routine equipment maintenance, including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.
