• develop and maintain SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• identify operational waste and improve workflows
• manage carrier and freight relationships
• oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations
• promote OSHA and company safety standards
• and coordinate warehouse capacity with sales, customer service, e-commerce, and marketing.
