What you'll do

• Communicate with clients daily and provide weekly progress updates
• lead weekly homeowner job-site meetings
• maintain schedules, budgets, meeting records, and action items
• coordinate trade contractors, suppliers, designers, architects, and field personnel
• monitor job-site quality, schedule, and cleanliness
• review and code invoices
• coordinate inspections and warranty work
• complete pre- and post-construction checklists.
