What you'll do

• Connect with prospective clients to understand needs and financial-protection goals
• explain available insurance products and help evaluate options
• conduct consultations by phone, video, or other appropriate methods
• assist with applications and follow up on underwriting and policy placement
• maintain client records and relationships
• participate in available training and mentorship
• follow insurance laws, carrier guidelines, ethical standards, and privacy requirements.
