What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse employees, independent contractors, and drivers
• recruit and onboard delivery teams
• resolve customer, employee, and partner escalations
• oversee daily delivery operations and warehouse workflow
• inspect performance across assigned markets and conduct on-site visits
• coordinate with contractors, clients, and transport partners
• manage routing, invoicing, auditing, and reporting
• maintain inventory accuracy and product handling standards
• monitor operational KPIs
• conduct performance reviews and coaching
• manage operating expenses
• enforce safety policies and DOT regulations
• facilitate safety training and maintain compliance documentation.
