Accounting Specialist

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable and receivable
• maintain financial records and reports
• reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
• assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
• review invoices
• prepare and file state use tax
• monitor receivables
• maintain vendor and customer records
• assist with payroll and audits.
