What you'll do

• Maintain a high level of customer service
• assist with recruiting, training, and motivating employees
• supervise and communicate company policy
• help implement daily operating procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and well kept
• assist with ordering and inventory management
• maintain brand image standards
• implement monthly promotions and ensure point-of-sale materials are posted
• communicate merchandising, price-change, and equipment issues
• enforce safety policies and report employee or customer incidents.
