What you'll do

• Partner with the VP and leadership team to shape priorities and translate strategy into execution
• own leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and offsites
• drive priorities across demand, supply, capacity, materials, inventory, and integrated business planning
• lead cross-functional initiatives
• provide analysis and recommendations
• identify risks and dependencies
• build alignment across operations, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and product teams
• develop executive communications
• support planning transformation and change management.
