What you'll do

• Recruit, source, and interview candidates
• manage job orders and coordinate hiring from intake through placement
• build client and job-seeker relationships
• support onboarding paperwork, orientations, and pre-employment requirements
• respond to inquiries
• follow up with employees and clients
• participate in networking events, job fairs, and outreach
• maintain records
• assist with employee relations, attendance, unemployment documentation, and branch operations.
