• Drive overall business performance across North America by aligning commercial strategy, portfolio priorities, and organizational capabilities.
• Build a high-performing organization through talent development and succession planning.
• Create strategic alignment across functions.
• Represent Teleflex with professionalism and ethics.
• Lead commercial strategy and effectiveness initiatives including go-to-market execution and sales-force effectiveness.
• Champion continuous improvement.
• Serve as a key member of the Surgical Leadership Team.
• Evolve organizational structure and operating models.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Evaluate new technologies and M&A opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
• Monitor competitors and market dynamics.
