Route Driver

The Route Driver role is an onsite, part-time position in Boise, ID, with pay of $16–$17 per hour. The driver makes pickups and deliveries to client homes and offices, typically twice weekly, and reports to the Route Lead and Operations Supervisor. The role supports the cleaner’s customer service and route operations by transporting items carefully, maintaining accurate manifests and paperwork, and promoting company services. Reliable, courteous driving and clear communication help protect customer items and support client retention.

What you'll do

• Pick up and deliver items to route clients
• drive courteously and defensively
• leave finished items in a safe, weather-protected location
• load items carefully to avoid wrinkling or dragging clothing
• coordinate last-minute pickups and deliveries with the Production Team Leader
• verify invoices and maintain accurate delivery logs and labels
• submit route paperwork
• report vehicle maintenance needs or damage
• maintain truck supplies and cleanliness
• promote services through networking and business card placement
• protect company equipment and customer data
• follow driving laws and keep the vehicle fueled
• report customer issues to management.
