What you'll do

• Operate construction machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth
• erect structural and reinforcing steel
• and pour concrete or other hard-surface paving materials. Operate equipment such as cranes, hoists, derricks, shovels, tractors, scrapers, motor graders, compressors, and pumps. Control machine attachments and air or water output, inspect equipment, and perform repairs and maintenance.
