What you'll do

• Implement corporate visual merchandising directives
• lead assortment walkthroughs and use sales data to optimize assortments
• ensure signage and displays are presented properly
• maintain showroom and warehouse organization
• coordinate facility maintenance and repairs. Support operating procedures, inventories, sales events, and guest service
• onboard, train, coach, and evaluate team members
• communicate with corporate, property management, and store teams. Travel 25–50% within the region to support multiple locations
• additional hours may be needed during market events, holidays, peak seasons, and vacation coverage.
