What you'll do

• Escort patients to exam rooms
• obtain vital signs and medical histories
• explain allergy testing and treatment protocols
• administer injections
• conduct spirometry
• document information in the EHR
• greet patients and visitors
• answer calls
• track inventory
• maintain reports and logs
• follow HIPAA and OSHA requirements
• cross-train in front-office duties including scheduling and payment collection.
