What you'll do

• Manage cases from beginning to end
• delegate and supervise work by paralegals and assistants
• review and edit probate documents for formal and summary administrations, guardianships, and conservatorships
• draft complaints, motions, oppositions, correspondence, and other pleadings
• research probate issues
• draft and respond to interrogatories, subpoenas, and document requests
• attend meetings and court hearings.
