The Multi-Classroom Support, Associate Qualified role is onsite in Berlin, NH, at the Early Care and Education Center at Androscoggin Valley Hospital. Compensation is $14.19–$17.50 per hour. The center provides a nurturing, play-based early childhood program supporting children’s development and partnerships with families and the healthcare community. The role supports children’s learning, safety, and development through classroom guidance, curriculum planning, observation, and communication with families and staff. It also helps supervise classroom staff, students, and volunteers and maintain program records and classroom operations.

What you'll do

• Create a safe environment that supports youth development
• respond to children’s needs and use positive guidance
• plan curriculum and activities
• observe children and maintain notes
• account for assigned children
• follow applicable standards and policies
• administer medication and first aid as permitted by policy
• maintain classroom organization
• keep records and communicate with families and staff
• supervise and provide feedback to classroom staff, students, and volunteers.
