What you'll do

• Review rental applications for complete and accurate forms and documentation
• verify employment, income, rental history, background screening, and credit reports
• request missing information and communicate application status and decisions
• apply qualification standards consistently
• maintain digital application and screening records in property management software
• coordinate with property managers and leasing consultants
• prepare application activity and leasing metrics reports
• handle confidential applicant information discreetly.
