Oven Team Member – Bakery Production

This entry-level position supports bakery production through either post-baking packing and overwrap operations on the AM crew or tray preparation and baking support on the PM crew. The work helps prepare products for transport or production while maintaining quality, sanitation, and safe work practices.

What you'll do

• Depending on crew assignment, pack cookies and individually wrapped products, operate and monitor the overwrap machine, inspect products, and report quality issues
• or review bake lists, prepare trays and dough products, assist with oven operation, cutting, portioning, and ingredient staging. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, cleaning schedules, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
• maintain an organized work area.
