The role supports a consistent customer experience while managing staffing, costs, sales, and administrative processes.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the shop team
• implement policies and safety procedures
• recruit, hire, train, and coach employees
• maintain a leadership team of at least four managers
• conduct development meetings and performance evaluations
• manage marketing, food and labor costs, payroll, accounting, scheduling, and required documentation
• resolve customer and crew issues.
