Youth Respite Care Provider

The Youth Respite Care Provider works onsite in the community, client homes, and Mana Resources locations in Nampa and Caldwell, Idaho. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with flexible part-time hours. What you'll do

• Spend one-on-one time with children and youth in homes, the community, or Mana Resources
• plan and participate in age-appropriate activities
• provide a safe, positive, structured environment
• help youth practice coping skills, emotional regulation, and positive social interactions
• support youth during challenging moments using patience and de-escalation techniques
• communicate with caregivers, supervisors, and the Mana team
• complete required documentation and follow program guidelines.
