Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant role is onsite in Minot, ND, with compensation of $75,000–$95,000 per year. The position supports Jett Management and its affiliated companies, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer to maintain accurate, useful financial information. The role exists to manage and strengthen accounting across multiple entities and business lines. It contributes to timely reporting and sound financial operations through general ledger work, reconciliations, analysis, problem-solving, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Perform and review general ledger activities across multiple companies
• prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments, reconciliations, and periodic financial reports
• assist with consolidations and intercompany accounting
• investigate discrepancies
• prepare schedules and variance analyses
• support operational leaders and accounting team members
• work with outside accountants and auditors
• improve processes, controls, documentation, and systems
• assist with accounting functions and special projects as needed.
