AI Go-to-Market & Sales Operations Consultant

Job overview

The AI Go-to-Market & Sales Operations Consultant role is hybrid, with work in San Francisco, CA two days per week. Compensation is $80–$90 per hour on W-2. The consultant supports a large-scale AI transformation initiative focused on quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning in a B2B SaaS environment. The role translates business and operational needs into implementation-ready requirements and process documentation. By coordinating across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations, the consultant supports aligned planning processes and AI-enabled workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
• gather and document business requirements
• create current- and future-state process maps, flow diagrams, swimlane documentation, and operational specifications
• define business rules and workflow requirements for AI-enabled processes
• translate operational needs into implementation-ready documentation
• facilitate alignment across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations
• support quota, territory, and capacity planning initiatives.
