The Repossession Agent role is an onsite, full-time position in Birmingham, AL, with annual pay of $75,000 or more based on experience and performance. Tri-State Recovery’s field operations team recovers collateral on behalf of clients across Alabama and surrounding markets. The agent safely and lawfully recovers assigned vehicles and other collateral, operates recovery equipment and tow trucks, and maintains accurate records and communication. The role supports client recovery operations while following safety, compliance, and company procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate recovery equipment and tow trucks to repossess assigned vehicles
• recover passenger vehicles, RVs, campers, and boats
• interact professionally with the public, clients, and internal team members
• use mobile applications to receive and update assignments
• follow safety, compliance, and company procedures
• maintain accurate documentation and communication.

Why this role
