What you'll do

• Complete utility service orders and document work
• connect, disconnect, and restore water services
• install, remove, replace, inspect, and maintain meters and related components
• troubleshoot AMI equipment
• take manual or supplemental readings and investigate unusual consumption
• identify leaks, damage, tampering, and safety concerns
• respond to customer concerns
• collect asset and GPS information
• maintain vehicles, tools, and records
• assist with field guidance and training as assigned.
