What you'll do

• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly 60-minute personal visits with families
• schedule at least 12 visits weekly, with caseload increasing after the first year as described. Plan and offer monthly FACE Family Circles
• complete required child screenings and family assessments
• contribute to reports, data collection, team planning, and NAEYC accreditation efforts. Support transitions to preschool or kindergarten, share community resources, recruit participants, and report suspected child abuse or neglect under applicable protocols.

Why this role

Requires an associate degree in early childhood education, social work, health, psychology, or a related field; two years of direct work experience; and current New Mexico PED Educational Assistant Licensure. CPI, First Aid/CPR, and Navajo Nation food handler permits must be held or obtainable.
