What you'll do

• Lead crews constructing concrete formwork
• interpret construction drawings, specifications, and layout
• coordinate pile-driving support, rigging, and structural installations
• plan and assign daily tasks
• manage crew productivity
• coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• ensure compliance with company and USACE safety requirements
• maintain workmanship and quality standards
• communicate with superintendents, engineers, inspectors, and other trades
• mentor apprentices and journeyman carpenters.
