What you'll do

• Operate shuttle buses safely and transport passengers
• inspect, clean, and fuel buses
• log trip counts
• assist passengers with disabilities and luggage when applicable
• answer customer questions and direct customers to facility management as needed
• report accidents, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences
• direct and maintain shuttle route operations by radio and in person
• assist drivers with wheelchair assistance and pre- and post-trip tasks
• ensure drivers perform duties safely and professionally
• drive a shuttle when needed.
