What you'll do

• Coordinate project stakeholders and serve as the primary client contact
• review specifications, drawings, contracts, and construction documents
• lead planning and status meetings
• report engineering, construction, schedule, and budget status
• coordinate construction package reviews, field visits, and site walk-downs
• coordinate construction submittals and project documents
• identify and communicate outages
• secure permits and approvals
• assist portfolio managers with reporting
• conduct site safety inspections
• estimate, monitor, and control approved funding, resources, schedules, and activities.
